By using Wahi, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Wahi is an independent project that uses unofficial methods to connect with WhatsApp. Use of this service is at your own risk. Meta Platforms, Inc. and WhatsApp LLC do not endorse or have any relationship with Wahi.

1. Service Description

Wahi is a platform that enables WhatsApp integration with artificial intelligence to automate conversations and manage communications. This service is NOT affiliated, authorized, endorsed, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook, Inc.) or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

2. WhatsApp Usage and Relationship with Meta

By using Wahi, you acknowledge and agree that: • WhatsApp is a registered trademark of WhatsApp LLC, a subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc. • Wahi uses unofficial open-source libraries to connect with WhatsApp. • The use of Wahi is subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/terms-of-service) and may violate those terms. • Meta Platforms, Inc. may suspend, limit, or permanently delete your WhatsApp account if it considers you are using unauthorized access methods. • Wahi is not responsible for the suspension, limitation, or deletion of your WhatsApp account.

3. Risks and Limitations

You understand and agree that: • Using unofficial third-party services to access WhatsApp may result in temporary or permanent blocking of your phone number. • Wahi cannot guarantee continuous service availability due to changes in WhatsApp/Meta API or policies. • Any violation of WhatsApp's Terms of Service is the sole responsibility of the user. • There are no guarantees that the service will function continuously and without interruption.

4. Commercial Use and Automation

If you use Wahi for commercial or automation purposes: • You must comply with all applicable local and international regulations, including data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). • You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending automated messages. • Spam, mass sending of unsolicited messages, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. • Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your Wahi account.

5. Privacy and Data

• Wahi does not have access to messages sent or received through your WhatsApp account, except where necessary to provide the AI service. • Your AI provider API key is stored encrypted on our servers. • Conversation data is stored locally on your instance and is not shared with third parties, except with the AI provider you configure (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). • You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws when using this service.

6. Cookies and Google Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on our website: • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect information about how users interact with our site. This includes pages visited, time spent, clicks, and interaction events. • Data collected: Google Analytics may collect your IP address (anonymized), browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, and browsing behavior. • Purpose: The data is used exclusively to improve our website, analyze usage trends, and optimize the user experience. • Consent: By accepting our cookie banner, you consent to the use of Google Analytics. Wahi is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for: • Loss of access to your WhatsApp account. • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. • Loss of data, revenue, or profits. • Service interruptions or technical errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wahi at any time, without prior notice, if we consider that you have violated these terms or WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
